So you have decided you would like to subscribe to the hwdMediaShare.co.uk website? Before you subscribe we recommend you follow these recommendations:

How to Subscribe

Creating a new account and joining the free subscription

  • Visit the subscription page.
  • Select the FREE! account button.
  • Enter your user details into the Registration page and choose a username and password.
  • Check the details are correct on the Confirmation page and click Continue.
  • Your account has now been created but has not been activated.
  • Highwood Design will send you an email with a web link which you can use to automatically active your free account.
  • If your activation email does not arrive, check your spam folder. If you can not find the activation email please contact us so we can manually activate your account.

  • Read the Pro Subscription Account information.
  • Select a payment method by clicking on a payment button.
  • Enter your user details into the Registration page and choose a username and password.
  • Check the details are correct on the Confirmation page and click Continue.
  • Read the Checkout information then click on the Checkout button to complete your payment.
  • You will be re-directed to a payment page where you can securely complete the transaction.
  • Your account has now been created but has not been activated.
  • Highwood Design will send you an email with a web link which you can use to automatically active your free account.
  • If your activation email does not arrive, check your spam folder. If you can not find the activation email please contact us so we can manually activate your account.
  • Once the payment processor notifies our website that the payment has been successful your account will be automatically upgraded to a Pro Subscription Account. If you are experiencing a delay in your account upgrade, please see the section called What Happens After You Pay.

Renewing an existing account and joining the full subscription

  • Login to the hwdMediaShare.co.uk website with your existing login details.
  • Visit the subscription page.
  • Read the Pro Subscription Account information.
  • Select a payment method by clicking on a payment button.
  • Check the details are correct on the Confirmation page and click Continue.
  • Read the Checkout information then click on the Checkout button to complete your payment.
  • You will be re-directed to a payment page where you can securely complete the transaction.
  • Once the payment processor notifies our website that the payment has been successful your account will be automatically upgraded to a Pro Subscription Account. If you are experiencing a delay in your account upgrade, please see the section called What Happens After You Pay.

What Happens After You Pay

Emails from Highwood Design

You will receive a number of emails from Highwood Design. These will include the following:

  • An activation email for your account that contains a link to confirm your email address and automatically activate your account. If you do not receive this email please contact us directly and request that we manually active your account.
  • An activation email for your hwdMediaShare Newsletter subscription. If you opted to join this newsletter you will receive this email.
  • A confirmation of successful payment. When you receive this, you know that Highwood Design has been notified of your successful payment and your subscription account is now active.

Receipt from the payment processor

You should also receive an email receipt from the Payment Processor.

No activation email?

If you do not receive your activation email please firstly check your spam folder. You might find it in there. If you can not locate this email please contact us directly so we can manually activate your account.

No subscription confirmation email?

This means that Highwood Design has not received notification from the payment processor that your payment was successful.

If you paid with an eCheque, it will take up to 10 days before your payment can be confirmed. Most customers do not even realise they are paying by eCheque, so please read this explanation about eCheques for clarification.

Only after the payment has cleared will your Pro subscription Account be upgraded. Payments by Credit or Debit card should clear within 30 minutes. If you are experiencing a delay with your subscription account upgrade please contact us directly so that we can investigate the problem.

Using your Pro Subscription Account

Once you have received confirmation about your Subscription Account upgrade you can login to the hwdMediaShare website and access all professional downloads. When you access the download section you will see many more downloads available to you.
